We are located at 35-349 Kihalani Homestead Road in Laupahoehoe. We are one mile above the school on the left side. There is white fencing and a gate that says “Rosie Rainbow Ranch.” The gate will be open for your event.

It depends on the size of the event! If you are coming in a full size school bus, your group will park outside our gates and walk in – of course, we will be there to greet you. Tour-type vans can definitely enter the ranch with ease. For celebrations, depending on the size of your group, we will ask you to either park up at the top of our driveway OR down in our arena. There will be signs or a ranch representative to guide the way.

The 50% booking deposit is nonrefundable and is used to hold the date, in addition to proper preparation of the ranch for your event.

We provide a clean portable restroom, and a table with hand sanitizer. There is

also running water at our barn spicket, if you require that.

We will have the event rain or shine; however, in the event of extreme weather or natural disasters, we are happy to apply the money to a future date, if it is available.

No. That is completely up to you. We do STRONGLY encourage the use of helmets, and we do provide helmets along with disinfectants to ensure their cleanliness.

Our insurance requires that all participants sign a waiver to ensure that we are all on the same page as far as risks and expectations.

Unfortunately, no. Our insurance requires that the horses are hand-led by a ranch representative and that the rider is never independently in control of the horse.
